Owner + Founder
Margaret H. Geiger is the owner of Twelve31 Media, LLC, a full-service marketing company that specializes in public relations, social media management and email marketing. Margaret creates big ideas for small businesses through strategic messaging and full-circle marketing campaigns. Her client roster spans from real estate and hospitality to global event promotions and travel/tourism brands.
Before starting her company in 2018, Margaret held marketing, sales and account management positions at The Carolina Opry, Garden City Realty, RE/MAX Southern Shores and The Brandon Agency. She has served as an ambassador for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation and was on the Planning Committee for Coastal Carolina University's Women in Philanthropy and Leadership (WIPL). She is currently a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. She has helped plan and organize events for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, Substitutes for Santa, Children’s Miracle Network and American Red Cross.
Margaret is a firm believer in the importance of building relationships, community involvement and always putting her clients' needs first. She has earned her clients features in The Huffington Post, Reader's Digest, MSN, Southern Living, Coastal Living, Country Living, Travel Channel, Restaurant Insider, and many more renowned publications. Margaret was a finalist for the ‘Young Professional of the Year’ award in 2017 by the Grand Strand Young Professionals organization in Myrtle Beach.
Born and raised in Columbia, Margaret loves cheering on her University of South Carolina Gamecocks. As a member of the My Carolina Alumni Association, she tries to attend as many home games as possible. She also keeps her love of competitive swimming alive by participating on the Grand Strand Masters Swim Team. Margaret and her husband Daniel are newlyweds and proud new homeowners. They love traveling, going to the beach, trying new restaurants and craft breweries, attending concerts, and all things Halloween.
